We are looking for a Career Services Officer to play a key role in making this transition happen.

About the Role

The Career Services Officer will be responsible for connecting Axsos graduates with employment opportunities and building the employer network that makes this possible.

The role combines employer outreach, relationship building, opportunity development, candidate matching, and continuous follow-up. You will work closely with graduates while also developing strong and lasting relationships with companies locally, regionally, and internationally.

Your Responsibilities

Build and maintain a strong network of employers, hiring managers, HR teams, and other relevant stakeholders locally, regionally, and internationally.

Proactively identify and reach out to potential employers to create new opportunities for Axsos graduates.

Develop long-term relationships with companies and understand their hiring needs.

Identify relevant jobs, internships, projects, and other career opportunities.

Match graduates with suitable opportunities and support them throughout the hiring process.

Maintain consistent follow-up with both candidates and employers.

Keep candidates motivated, engaged, and accountable throughout their job search.

Support candidates in learning from feedback and improving their approach when needed.

Track opportunities, applications, interviews, and placements.

Stay informed about market trends and employer needs and share relevant insights with the Academy.

Continuously look for new ways to expand Axsos Academy’s employer network and create opportunities for graduates.

Confidence communicating with companies and professionals across different markets and cultures.

Excellent spoken and written English and Arabic.

Strong networking and LinkedIn skills.

Experience in business development, sales, recruitment, talent acquisition, partnerships, HR, career services, or a related field is an advantage.

Experience working with international companies or clients is a plus.
